Plan-It Vision provides landscape maintenance in North Seattle and surrounding neighborhoods. We offer service schedules weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, or quarterly. A typical visit includes mowing, weeding, appropriately timed plant trimming, and seasonal work based on your property’s current conditions.
Our rate is $87 per hour per person plus tax, but we offer most of our clients a set monthly price for a certain frequency of service.

Bed Raking and Weeding
We hand pull weeds and rake beds to keep your beds looking tidy and allow your good plants to fill the space. We do not use weed sprays. Manual consistency is key to an organic approach.
Plant Trimming and Pruning
We trim shrubs and cut back perennials to manage shape, size, regrowth. Seasonal pruning can keep plants strong and reduce breakage from wind or moisture. We can handle cuts up to 12’ in height as part of our maintenance care.
Debris Clearing
We use a blower to clear leaves, clippings, and yard waste from patios, walkways, driveways, and decks during each visit. Blowing debris off hard surfaces keeps your outdoor areas safe, reduces mess, and prevents buildup around edges and drains.

Online payment options
Pay easily online by card or ACH bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to your email each month. You can set up autopay. We also accept checks in the mail.
Consistent Scheduling
We offer weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or quarterly service based on your needs and we stick to it. Maintenance customers are not 2nd to the construction services.
